The Prison Island, also known as Changuu Island, is located on Zanzibar Island’s western coast, right outside of Stone Town. It takes around 25 to 35 minutes by local boat from Stone Town The Prison trip will lead you for 2 hours.

The popular Giant Tortoises, which live up to 200 years, are Island’s major attraction. This trip will allow you to explore and learn about the history of these magnificent creatures, as well as Prison Island itself.
